Throughout my career, I have repeatedly worked in self-organized, 'agile' cultures, which I've found to be the most conducive environments for spurring innovation and growth in our rapidly evolving landscape. Adapting to this unconventional working style wasn't a walk in the park; unsurprisingly, the ease of transition varied, particularly for those accustomed to the rigid frameworks of traditional hierarchical organizations.
After COVID, I strongly believe that it is crucial for the overall company success to transform workplaces to become "agile," leveraging not just the Agile Principles, but also the Teal paradigms of wholeness, self-organization, and evolutionary purpose, highlighting the the following:
