“A good coach always coaches to a leader’s potential, not his current level of performance. A good leadership coach will see the potential in you and inspire you accordingly.”
Poor leaders tend to control their team, whilst expecting them to use their own initiative. They fail to guide their team members in entrepreneurial thinking.
Successful business leaders inspire their teams. They role model human-centricity; offering autonomy, encouraging their teams to work on own initiative, whilst giving the necessary guidance. These leaders help to unleash potential, empower their team members, showing that commitment leads to success.
Leaders have their unique strengths and personal style, although it might not yet be fully defined or developed. And this is where my focus lies – maximising each of my client’s leadership potentials. All managers in demanding situations can benefit from leadership coaching, and I always take the individual and the business as a whole into account. As the coaching I offer is tailored to my client’s needs, every approach will be different. The result: a true leader, who can lead others in an inspirational and empowering way.
